'Untitled (memory)', 2010, 160 x 180 x 60 cm, copper wire and rope.

This work evolved as an instinctive engagement with process and materials, through which emerged a life-size figurative sculpture. The work essentially questions the relationship between the cerebral and the tactile memory, and attempts to 'ground' a weightless image of the mind into the material world of gravity, light and shadows.
