Artist Statement

Justin’s passion for visual imagery and composition has driven him to accomplish unique works. For his final project, he examined how different emotions and the feeling of life’s journey could be triggered merely by the placement of hands and the play of light without the use of facial expressions. He is passionate about visual imaging as a means to evoke reaction and ideas as they can be viewed and understood by people of all backgrounds.

Throughout the three years at COFA, Justin explored various areas in digital media including directing short videos, shot 3D stereoscopic photography, and animated 3D objects.
