Artist Statement

The artist’s current project Oxford Street Profile (OSP) 2009-2011 is a visual narrative of a Sydney street. OSP links the fundamental structures of the street, defining their spatial relationships in a typology. Every building on both sides of Oxford Street is documented between Queen Street Woollahra and Taylor Square Darlinghurst.

This work is photographed from a pedestrian’s point of view and is as much about a Sydney street today as it will be for another generation considering the built environment in the future.
