Artist Statement

When it comes to any creative piece, an artist needs to give the work an aesthetic. Jason believes that each work needs to have an appeal and be beautiful so that an audience is captivated. Then the meaning, story or bigger picture can be revealed by the beauty.

As a beauty photographer, Jason is genuinely focused on photographing fashion, make-up and hair and aspires to work for Vogue, Marie Claire, or Harper’s Bazaar. Although his primary focus is fashion, he also enjoys capturing ballet performances and documenting the colourful life of Oxford Street in Sydney.
