Artist Statement

I’m a digital artist with a passion for CGI. I have predominantly been exploring 3D modelling through different outputs including animation, an interactive walkthrough and most recently a children’s picture book. I’m inspired by both traditional art and contemporary CGI works; in my honours year project I investigate this combination. Picture book conventions together with current 3D visual styles create an aesthetic that is distinct and pays homage to the traditions.

William Arthur Ward once said “If you can imagine it, you can create it; if you can dream it, you can become it.” I imagine so many things.
