Shanin Clancy is a 3rd year Bachelor of Art Education Student, majoring in Painting and Drawing. Her practice incorporates the use industrial materials such as bitumen, perspex and metal. Shanin explores the concept of layering in many of hers works with her most recent collection focusing on the contrast between the absence and presence of colour. In addition to exhibiting in the COFA Annual Shanin recently participated in Kaleidoscope Gallery’s exhibition ‘Bodily Reflections’.
