Beholder, a makeup brand and service, emerges as a response to the global issue of design inaccessibility, affecting 4% of the population with low vision and colour blindness. With a primary focus on inclusivity, Beholder caters to those with deuteranopia and visual impairments, striving to create an empowering beauty experience. The brand’s identity highlights inclusivity through Braille, high-contrast colours, and legible typography. The makeup assistant app sets Beholder apart by providing creative freedom and support for makeup applications. The marketing campaign titled 'True Colours', featuring ‘Beauty Through A Different Lens’ and ‘Colour Code’ poster designs, fosters empathy and celebrates diversity. In essence, Beholder redefines the accessibility of the beauty industry, empowering individuals to express themselves through makeup.
