With a practice centred on archiving, documentation and melding new histories, I see my works acting as individual slow-paced, time capsules of my environment - both physically and mentally. Focusing on photography and time based forms, my practice aims to discover new ways to archive through old and new methods that reflect my desire to recontextualise 'the archive'.  

Street Series sees these intertwining methods of old and new, using a panoramic, medium format camera traditionally used for landscapes. The dated form shapes a constructed, formalist lens of 'the share-house', resulting in street of images where people and place are inextricably intertwined in a legitimate archive of a simple, moment in time.
