Brand Identity and Digital Platform
Australia's coastline holds immense cultural, natural, and economic importance. It maintains a profound connection to indigenous Australians, provides a habitat for a diverse range of plants and animals, and plays a significant role in the country's economy.
However, these coastal communities and ecosystems face multiple threats, including climate change and rising sea levels, rapid development and urbanisation, and pollution.
"Staring at the Sun" introduces an engaging and informative digital platform, comprising a website, mobile app, and a cohesive branding strategy, all aimed at promoting the preservation of these regions for future generations. The platform's objective is to provide a user-friendly experience and deliver engaging content and features that meet the needs of modern users. This project employs a unique branding approach that extends across digital and print mediums to increase exposure and raise awareness.
Jordan Lewis, a Sydney-based designer's practice, involves a research-driven and user-centred approach within the areas of art direction, brand origination and identity, products, packaging, publishing, web and user interface design and user experience.
