Nikau Davis (they/them) is an internet artist and printmaker playing off the social and creative potential of digital realms, exploring them as ideal spaces for utopic reimaginings of society. Through playful and introspective audience participation, Davis creates an archive of individual and collective utopias. By exploring the collective longing for a safe, secure and sustainable future, their work is an optimistic attempt to speak this future into existence, examining utopia as the culmination, source and product of desire.
