Rachael Hegh’s expanded drawing practice explores the ineffable nature of the creative act, examining a transient intersection between physical and virtual reality, and the non-transcendental aesthetic affect of art. Located at a confluence of affect, speculative fiction, and the virtual, her practice-based research investigates the material and immaterial forces of the universe to craft affective encounters and reflect on the immanent art event as an act of becoming.
