The theme of 'Break the barrier/ Wave of the Age' is based on the research about Chinese design community. This project is a hypothetical support campaign for female designers, aiming to promote gender equality and encourage designers to respect all different voices, breaking down the barriers between genders and keeping in line with the trends of the times. The project features the campaign's logo and a series of posters.

Xinyi Tang is a graphic designer with a passion for drawing and creating. She studied Animation Design at the University of Technology, Sydney and is currently doing Master of Design at the University of New South Wales with a focus on graphic design. She has done bespoke illustrations for private clients, participated in small personal projects, and designed magazine covers and posters for internal publications and events for a internationally renowned company. She looks forward to communicating her ideas to the audience through illustration and design and hopes to continue to progress in the graphic design industry.
