InterMental: Mental health app for Chinese internet office workers, 2023

'InterMental' is a mobile app designed to promote the mental health of Chinese Internet office workers. This project uses Eastern traditional wisdom to help Chinese internet practitioners improve the mental health issues caused by excessively electronic stimulation. The core feature of this app is Chinese calligraphy mindfulness practice, based on the Taoist idea of "Being grateful for your present situation." Using traditional Chinese art as its visual style, the app contributes to social welfare as a sustainable principle, under UN SDG 3: Good Health and Wellbeing.

Zhijun Dong is designer who has studied IT previous, with a keen interest in psychology.
