'10,000 Points of Identity', explores how we define identity, how we communicate, 'identity' through graphic design, and the patriarchal, bureaucratic systems our identity is entangled in. The intention of the project stems from the phenomena of women systemically going unacknowledged for their contributions, and how our graphically-communicating methods of identity - such as passports - may influence how our identities are seen, recognised and acknowledged. To first address recognition, I wanted to look at how identities were being recognised.
