Keira Bower

I am a third year student in the Bachelor of Design Program at UNSW Sydney, specialising in Experience and Textiles Design. With industry experience as a Production Designer, Stylist, Photographer and Model, I have always possessed a fascination with considering and designing all aspects of a sensorily resonant experience and how these decisions can drastically awaken, challenge or relieve human emotion. In recognising the importance of ethical methodologies, I use historically informed frameworks to continually build upon, reflect and refine my empathetic design model. Reflective of my affinity for learning, experimenting and further developing her skills, I enjoy analysing the contextual influences that effect interpretation of design objects.
