‘For Families of all Shapes and Sizes’ (FOASAS) is a children's kit designed to provide educational and engaging material for neurodivergent children, such as those with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Foasas is rooted in my personal experience and observations whilst working with neurodivergent children in the education sector. This has directed my project to address the learning curve faced when transitioning from educational material to real-life practice and implementation. The kit is hands-on and interactive, consisting of fidget toys and visual cues that engage children in a playful and effective manner. Specifically, it tackles challenges faced by children with ADHD, focusing on four critical areas: building habits around oral health, behavior regulation, bedtime and school preparation.
