Marina Katsilis

The Keepsake Capsule is a clothing initiative aimed at reusing and repairing garments, giving them new life through customisation. My project is delivered through two main pathways:
Wear Your Memories Workshop which is an interactive experience where participants create personalised wearable art. Users bring their printed images and unused garment to repurpose. They collage the images into a design, which is digitised, printed onto the garment, and taken home post-workshop. 
TheKeepsakeCapsule website lets individuals send their garments to me, the designer, to be transformed with their images into a graphic print, which is then printed onto the garment and sent back to them.
