As a queer artist and filmmaker, I am fascinated by the intimate, often unspoken and inextricable connection between queer culture and the horror genre. Through my photographic series, I seek to explore and strengthen this link, illuminating the ways in which horror has served as a powerful vehicle for expressing queer desires, fears, aesthetics, and identities. In essence, the work invites viewers to confront and embrace the monstrous, the camp, the divine, and the desirous within us all, and to find expression in the darkest corners of our collective imagination.
