My project explores the destruction caused by ghost nets on marine life. I aim to engage audiences through a series of visual elements, including immersive installations, infographics, and posters, while fostering a deeper empathy for marine life. By referencing the Sustainable Development Goal 12: responsible consumption and production and 14: life below water, this project seeks to ensure more sustainable ocean production practices and encourages public participation in marine plastic waste cleanups. Through cultivating a collective commitment, the project aspires to create a healthier and more sustainable future for our oceans.
