Xi Ding

My work explores the deep-rooted cultural and societal structures surrounding menstrual shame, utilising graphic design, interactive installations, and visual storytelling to challenge these taboos. Through a combination of cultural sensitivity and emotional design, I invite audiences to reflect on the impacts of gender inequality, using sustainable materials to create experiences that foster dialogue and understanding. This project responds to UN SDG Goal 5: Gender Equality.
