A&D ANNUAL 2022

Bronte Perrin

The Northern Beaches Coastal Erosion Activism Campaign' works towards a managed retreat from the impacts of extreme climate change. In particular, the graphic design campaign responds to the shortcomings of the Narrabeen seawall in preventing erosion. The campaign's series of posters, signage and banners creates opportunities for conversations and engagement among locals. The campaign advocates for the protection of the valued beaches of the area and the wellbeing of residents at risk during erosion events. The purpose of the campaign is to encourage these residents and the broader Northern Beaches community to advocate for a better future through signing a petition for council.
