Lin Yue

Lin Yue’s project ‘Journey' depicts the journey that artists take when creating each piece of art, from becoming lost and dissatisfied in the early phases of actualising a concept, to the satisfaction of seeing it come to life. The process is then repeated as new artworks begin, mirroring the artist's personal journey as an art student. Her practice combines illustration, animation, and visual effects, three techniques that stand for significant turning points in her artistic development. By experimenting with many mediums in search of the one that most suits her, she has grown as an artist.
