Rowena Tan

Rowena Tan is a graduating designer specialising in graphics and interaction design. Her work focuses mainly on digital spaces such as mobile apps and interactive experiences, with particular attention to the ethical issues of sustainability and social equity. In her most recent work, ‘LUCENT’, she addresses the issue of underpaid work in the creative industries. Delivered as a mobile app, the project aims to encourage work and finance-based accountability between employers and employees, while providing a platform for creatives of similar interests to discuss and troubleshoot their professional concerns.
