'Close Up' explores close-up shots and other visual modes within pornographic imagery and digital hook-up culture, and how the sexual body becomes technologically fragmented in these spaces. The work involves Nguyen performing sexual acts behind a partitioned off space in the gallery. Multiple cameras live stream intimate abstracted shots of different parts of the body onto televisions in the main exhibition space where audiences can observe.
