A&D ANNUAL 2021

Sihan Liu

Charlie Liu is a designer engaged in interaction design and product design. His recent project explores possible ways to reduce the waste of surplus food in Australia. A service system consisting of pop-up store trucks, interactive screens in the car, and APP can help community residents improve the utilisation and storage of food. It will guide target groups to manage food, reduce food waste in a rewarding way, and avoid waste caused by expired food and harmful gas emissions in the process of food waste disposal.
