Chelsea Wong

Chelsea Wong's artistic practice is centred on human ruins. Through photography and performance art, her practice explores the relationship between identity and the space it exists in. She examines abandoned spaces from an anti-capitalist and anti-consumerist perspective, questioning the desperate and futile search for utopia. Through her practice, she asks, “will the constant cycles of destruction and rebuilding help us reach utopia?”
