Harrison Rae

Harrison Rae is an artist practicing on Gadigal Land with an interest in images and their relation to mythmaking. Harrison’s body of work explores the circulation of images and their role in the self-affirming histories and historiographies of colonial power. He reproduces archival materials and re-circulates them to complicate and refuse the narratives which serve to naturalise state or market ideologies.
