mysixstar.com is a web-based personality quiz that helps emerging creatives reflect on their design tendencies. Instead of assigning users fixed labels, the quiz places them along a spectrum of design traits, generating a visual constellation that represents their creative identity. Developed by Miyanda Hamalala, the project grew from research into personality tools, creative coding, and user testing. It responds to the limits of existing tests by offering nuance, clarity and accessibility. Designed for early-career designers, ‘SixStar’ provides a reflective, mobile-friendly experience that encourages awareness of strengths, approaches, and working styles within creative practice.
