Seini-Tokilupe Fuko

Seini-Tokilupe Fuko is an emerging 3D visualisation and experiential designer inspired by her Tongan heritage. She approaches each project with empathy and curiosity, creating spaces that foster emotion and connection. Her recent project ‘The Melting Pot’ address the lack of cool public spaces in Greater Western Sydney, and how this leads to a loss of social connection during the heat. This climate-safe structure is designed to protect users from extreme heat while fostering resilience through social interaction. Featuring touch-reactive plinths that intensify cooling and lighting when activated together, the shelters create shared experiences that strengthen resilience through connection, belonging, and public life in Western Sydney.
